JAL MAHOTSAV,MADHYA PRADESH

If you are planning a vacation full of fun and adventure then Hanuwantiya is the place that you should add in your bucket list. This picturesque destination awaits your presence for ‘Jal Mahotsav’, the festival which will commence from 3rd Jan 2020 will go on till 3rd Feb 2020. 

However you can enjoy a leisurely staycation at the tent city from 20th December 2019- 20th Feb 2020 and simultaneously you can enjoy adventure (air, water, and land) activities like Banana boat ride, water paraSailing, hot air balloon ride, archery, zip line and more. 

Adding on to some more attractions would be food zone, craft bazaar, stargazing, island camping, yoga activities, spa, etc. These thrilling activities will keep you going throughout the festival and you will have an adventure-packed holiday at Hanuwantiya.

 

Jal Mahotsav & Tent City is being managed and operated by Sunset Desert Camps. 

Sunset Desert Camp has been organizing luxury mobile camping for more than a decade now. Their forte includes organizing luxury camps at Rann Mahotsav (Kutch), Pushkar, Jaisalmer, Nagaur, Jhalawar, Hola Mohalla, Kumbh and celebrity weddings. 

 

Their major accomplishment was that of organizing the Luxury Tents at Sabarmati river front for dinner hosted by PM Modi for President Xi Jinping during September 2014. We had also undertaken the accommodation arrangement of 400 Deluxe tents for a ceremony of kins of Mr Mulayam Singh Yadav and Mr Laloo Yadav, in Saifai, during February 2015.

They created the entire Camp for the Jal Mahotsav near Indira sagar Dam, MP, during February 2016. This event was promoted by the M.P Tourism. The team has also concluded a camp at Simhastha Kumbh, Ujjain, with 30 Luxury Tents on banks of river Shipra.

The events operated last year were Camp at Pushkar Camel & Culture Fair, Telangana Tourism's Hot Air Balloon Festival in Araku & the Magnetic Fields Festival in Alsisar. The Camp operated at Prayagraj with Luxury and Ultra Luxury Tents, for the Ardh Kumbh, and was host to photography groups from National Geographic Expeditions with 125 tents. 

 

The Jal Mahotsav & Tent City of Hanuwantiya are located on the banks of Indira Sagar Lake. Spread around an area of 90 Kms, the City consists of 104 Tents, Dining hall, Museum, Kids entertainment area, Adventure activities and Conference facilities.
